Now, today is spring. On my morning walk I had petals floating in the wind, got whacked by the seaweed coming off the oak trees and had wind gusts so strong that I had to catch my balance. I’m not a lightweight girl, so it takes a bit to knock me off balance.

Today I’m back to being the amateur meteorologist I become the morning I prep for a ride. I have aero wheels (not disks) that can catch gusts of wind, so I’ll need to be particularly careful to not loosen my grip on the handlebars.

On my last ride I noticed more numbness in my right hand and arm than I typically do. I don’t believe it’s the MS, but a nerve that’s tired of being slept on as I’ve been recuperating from surgery. All abdominal movement has been avoided, so things are pretty weak in my midsection. Doesn’t matter on the bike though!

Have a wonderful day, I plan to!
