See, you just wait and the weather will change when you’re in Colorado. This morning it was wet snow that made for the magical wonderland I used to love as a kid. The snow was pretty and fun to play in as we walked to school, but melted later in the afternoon so you didn’t need to shovel!! How’s that for going back to those childhood memories.
Last night I went with my mother to a panel of women sponsored by the Colorado Women’s Hall of Fame. I always find it fascinating to hear other successful women talk about their experiences. I usually find very similar experiences, but with different people and different circumstances. And I always find a feeling of community from the shared experiences.
And now the snow is gone outside. I think the leaves are even a little greener than they were an hour ago!
