Now this is a subject you only have early in the season as a cyclist. Yesterday I went for a ride that included 2 decent hills. My butt is sore (read skin and bones) because it just hasn’t had time to toughen up. I’m sure a comparison could be made with horseback riding. In addition to muscles, skin, needs to be strengthened.

Why am I writing about such an off subject? Well, this is part of getting back on the bike and into life. Part of this blog is to write about things others don’t know about or wonder what happens. It’s also a record for me of my recovery. Four months and counting!!!

Yoga today. I’ll find out real quick just how stiff I am today!
