Okay, I’m sure you’re thinking, what’s the big deal. Well, for me this week’s rides have been a challenge because I haven’t been out for a couple months and the hills I rode, albeit slower, were a challenge physically and mentally. This week it was two large hills of three in the area. I’m pleased to say, I’m tired, but not exhausted. It’s a good sign because after one nights sleep, I’m not feeling tired. Sometimes after rides like these this week, I continue to be tired for several days.
Another bright spot, the pillow I now have around my middle (I can really feel it on the bike) seems to be a bit smaller. Less bulk, yea!
Yoga. That’s another story. Yes, 2 days later I’m still feeling the planks in my shoulders and all around my ribcage. Guess my abdomen muscles will take more work.
