Yesterday all I did was ride the trainer for 55 minutes. I’m stiff today.

Okay, I pushed myself a bit more than I have before, so now I’m feeling the effects. Slept 8 full hours, so I know I’m repairing the parts that took a beating. However, today will be a ‘rest’ day. No yoga, no riding.

Tomorrow I’ll get out on the road with my bike. Weather should be sunny and dry. As always, the first time out on the bike each spring I ask the same question, ‘Can I still ride a bike?’

Looking forward to the wind in my face.
