Problems or Challenges?
You can’t run away from problems. Without internal changes, the external problems will follow you wherever and whatever you do.
You might not like to hear it, but you set up the problems specifically to work through.
In fact, you might not want to consider them as problems, but as challenges.
Most of us like challenges. We like to solve puzzles, win a game or come in first place in a contest.
We see challenges as something we choose to take on and feel good when we succeed. We put ribbons on our wall and trophies on the mantle.
We tend to see a challenge as a potential for success and a problem as a potential for failure.
Which one would you choose?
