Your Body is a Reflection

Ever wonder why you have aches and pains? Why your shoulder hurts or you have acne? Maybe why you have headaches or can’t gain weight?

Your body is your most intimate representation of your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings.

If you believe someone in your life is hard to deal with and you feel powerless to do anything about it, that relationship may show up as a pain in your neck, literally.

You create your body constantly, and it expresses your innermost thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. When you feel good, you look better. When you are tired or grumpy, your colleagues can easily see it. Similarly, self-confidence or lack of it shows up for others to see.

If you want to change your body – how it feels or how it looks – start with how you think. What you think about yourself and your place in the world is reflected in your body.
