Take Inspired Action
Inspired action is something you feel compelled to do, not something you should do or want to do. When you feel inspired to do something, it becomes the simplest and most important thing in the world for you to do.
Getting out of bed, staying up late or skipping meals are all examples of inspired action. It doesn’t need to be something really big.
In contrast, an action that is not inspired is like running in place. You can spend a lot of energy and get nowhere. A good example of an uninspired activity is a habit or effort you mindlessly execute.
In writing this book, several ideas for chapters came to us while walking or riding our bicycles. We were doing something else and not focusing on anything in particular, but thoughts showed up that allowed us to add important content to this book.
